Since January 2025, TJMI and OVOCONCEPT have reached a new stage in their development by combining their forces within the JTI Group.
The acquisition of OVOCONCEPT by JTI Group, already owner of TJMI, marks the beginning of a strategic collaboration based on complementary knowledge and a shared vision of industrial innovation.
In this dynamic, OVOCONCEPT recently moved its offices and workshops to the TJMI location.
This site has been expanded to accommodate the equipment and technical resources required for this approach.
This geographical coexistence favors exchanges, coordination of projects and the development of specific synergies, while preserving the identity and specific knowledge of each entity.
Known for its experience in the design and construction of industrial production lines, particularly in the agri-food sector, TJMI integrates customized conveyors, walkways and equipment adapted to the constraints of the production environment.
For its part, OVOCONCEPT offers an advanced mastery of poultry processes with a strong specialization in robotization and task automation.
Far from merging, TJMI and OVOCONCEPT retain their scope, their teams and their respective competencies.
On the other hand, this merger now allows them to offer a global and coherent offer, able to respond to larger and more complex industrial projects.
By collaborating, the two companies can support their customers with integrated solutions that include production lines followed by packaging lines, complemented by conveyor systems, technical walkways and robotization solutions adapted to performance, ergonomics and safety challenges.
