The OVOVASER range from OVOCONCEPT is a set of robotic applications for the packing of prepacks or inserts in various types of case, open-top case or box to be found on the market. The versatility and flexibility of the OVOCASER range will provide you with a very efficient solution for your packaging centres, both from the direct and offset grader exit belts (by connecting the grader to the robot(s) using conveyors adapted to your products). With its fast, automatic gripping head changes, the OVOCASER range will enable you to carry out several different applications with the same robot cell.
Depending on the application, capacity is between 15,000 and 60,000 eggs/hour, with a solution of 100,000 eggs/hour for boxing inserts (layer by layer).
