Egg graders (electronic weighing)
Egg graders (electronic weighing) : designed for “modest size” packing stations, stainless steel structure
The “autoflow” system is a system of motorized conveyors which are positioned in place of the classic packaging outlets of the graders, to direct the eggs on 4 distinct levels towards robotic packaging stations with an integrated open box ejection system.
A 5th level, the highest, remains in the manual grip zone. In the “sending products to automated zone” configuration, this upper level is used to recover open boxes detected upstream.
Thus, an operator can take them, close them and put them back into the circuit easily.
The control is motorized and automatic to choose on which transverse level the products are oriented
