Installation of a third Junior AE40 palletizing robot in Canada: Ovoconcept confirms its international expertise

Ovoconcept has just installed its third Junior AE40 egg-tray palletizing robot in Canada—a new milestone that reflects the continued trust of our clients and the reliability of our robotic solutions. This latest installation also confirms Ovoconcept’s ability to provide long-term support to poultry industry players worldwide.
A robotic cell designed for performance
The Junior AE40 robot was installed at the discharge end of two packing machines to automate the palletizing of egg trays.
Designed for operations seeking high productivity, the Junior AE40 handles a stack of six trays per cycle and can achieve a capacity of up to 40,000 eggs per hour, all while ensuring precise and consistent product handling.
